Shipping Policy

At Watermakers, Inc., we are committed to delivering your order accurately and on time.


Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays or destination.


Freight & Oversized Items

Due to the nature of marine equipment, certain products may require freight shipping.

  • Freight shipments will be coordinated directly with the customer
  • Delivery appointments may be required
  • Additional charges may apply for liftgate service or residential delivery


Shipping Rates


Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States.
For international orders, please contact us at parts@watermakers.com for a custom quote.


Delays & Liability

Watermakers, Inc. is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been handed off to the carrier. However, we will assist in tracking and resolving any shipment issues.

 

Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be confident in your purchase. 

Return Window 

Returns are accepted as follows:  

  • Consumables (Unopened) - 7 days from purchase
  • Parts -30 days from purchase
  • Machines- No return or refunds available  


Eligibility for Returns 

To qualify for a return, items must: 

  • Be unused and uninstalled 
  • Be in original packaging 
  • Include all components, manuals, and accessories 

Note: Installed or used Watermaker systems and components are not eligible for return.


Non-Returnable Items 

The following items are not eligible for return: 

  • Custom or special-order products 
  • Chemicals 
  • Installed equipment 
  • Electrical components 
  • Final sale or clearance items 


Return Process 

To initiate a return, please contact us at 954-467-8920 or parts@watermakers.com or visit us directly in our  showroom with your receipt and reason for return. Once approved, return instructions will be provided. 


Return Shipping 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns 


Restocking Fee

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%, depending on the  product. 


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected: 

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days Shipping charges are non-refundable


Damaged or Incorrect Orders 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 5 days of delivery. Please include photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly. 


Exchanges 

Due to the technical nature of our products, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
